The Parlays VIP program has 5 tiers in total. The more you play and bet, the faster you earn points and advance to higher tiers.

To view real-time match scores and live stats in Parlays, Match Odds page. There you'll find:

• Live scores for all ongoing matches update every 30 seconds.
• Wickets, overs, goals, points — detailed stats are available based on the sport.
• Click on a specific match to view detailed live stats, line-ups, and recent events.
• You can place instant bets on ongoing matches in the live betting section — odds update in real time.

Scores are visible without logging in, but you'll need to log in to place live bets.

After logging in, all bet and financial transaction records are available in your account. They're stored in two separate places:

1. Click the account icon → "Betting History" or select the "Bet History" menu.
2. Use the date filter to view records for any period — up to 6 months back.
3. View transaction history → "Transaction History" or go to the "Transaction History" section.
4. Click on a specific bet to view its details — market, odds, result, and amount.
5. To download your records, use the "Export" button to save them in PDF or CSV format.

If you need records older than 6 months, contact support and they'll send them to you within 48 hours.

Entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will temporarily lock your account for security. There are two ways to resolve this:

Option 1 — Unlock yourself with an OTP (fastest method):

1. Go to the login page "OTP Login" Select a tab.
2. Enter your registered mobile number — you'll receive a 6-digit OTP.
3. Log in with the OTP and change your password immediately.

Option 2 — Contact Support:

• Contact us via live chat with your registered number and full name.
• Once your identity is verified, the support team will Within 10–15 minutes will unlock your account.

If a match is cancelled or incomplete, Parlays settles bets according to the following policy:

• Full cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it starts, the full bet amount is refunded — usually within 24 hours.
• Rain Interruptions / DLS Rule: If a cricket match result is determined by the DLS method, that result is final and all bets will be settled accordingly.
• If the required overs are not completed: In cricket, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded if the minimum required overs are not completed.
• Football / Cancelled after half-time: Markets covering the first half are usually settled; bets based on the full match result are voided.
• Rescheduled Date: Bets generally stand if a match is rescheduled — however, they are voided if the match is delayed by more than 48 hours.

In all such cases, the stake for voided bets Within 48 hours will be returned to your wallet.
